Pickens County and Bibb County
Please call the office at 205-364-1500 to update your account. It is VERY IMPORTANT that your phone number, email address, etc. is up to date.
A late charge of $15 will be applied if payment is not received 10 days after the due date. Accounts 45 days past due will result in your can being removed and a $25 charge added to your account, if this happens more than one in a 12-month period then the $25 charge will be doubled. If you make a payment while the employee is there getting the can then a $15 charge will be added. If you have concerns about billing, please call the office BEFORE the due date.
